Thank you for all of your continued support. With 30 days left on our kickstarter campaign, we just finished our first stop of our East Coast road trip.
Thank you to Penn State and its Architecture School and Aaron Wertman for hosting us! Mack spoke to their students and held a great discussion about the current status of the Lower 9th Ward. We are tremendously excited for our continued collaboration with their Apparatus-X project- a mobile and adaptable tool trailer capable of transforming an empty lot into a workspace/living quarters in communities affected by disaster.
Before our drive to Pennsylvania, we stopped by Atlanta to visit Mack’s sister, niece, daughter, and grandson. Our support network is growing with full force! So much force, in fact, Mack’s sister Maggie has joined us on the road. We are so excited to have her on board.
Next stop: Brooklyn Heights Synagogue, NY Sunday April 27th at 3pm at 131 Remsen St, Brooklyn, New York 11201
Stay tuned for more updates from the road and please continue to share with your networks our campaign.
